No. It is a territory-based brand license with flat pricing rather than a percentage royalty on your gross sales.
Can I keep my current company?
Yes. The license can support your existing operation as a premium customer-facing brand, subject to the final license agreement.
Why do state prices vary?
Each state contains a different mix and number of regional tiers. The calculator sums those regions and applies the configured 10% full-state discount.
How is lifetime pricing calculated?
The discounted yearly state price is multiplied from 5× for a two-region state up to 10× for a nine-region state, then rounded upward to the next $500.
What happens after I apply?
Sales reviews your preferred territory, availability, business fit, and pricing before any license is finalized.
Can I request a custom territory?
Yes. Use the application to describe a smaller, larger, or multi-region market and the team can review it.
